How to Enter the Data Correctly

It only takes two steps:

Mark the current dental findings.
Mark the planned treatment.

Important:

If there are missing teeth or planned extractions in either the upper or lower jaw within the area between the left and right first molars (6–6), the German Krankenkasse requires a complete prosthetic treatment plan covering all such gaps. HKP Online automatically checks this requirement during the analysis and displays an appropriate warning if the treatment plan is incomplete.

Automatic Plausibility Check

Before generating the Heil- und Kostenplan (HKP), the system analyses the entered data and checks, among other things: ✔ whether the planned treatment is consistent with the dental findings, ✔ whether planned bridges, crowns and dentures are plausible, ✔ whether the planned treatment is complete. If the system detects a problem, it displays an appropriate warning and asks you to review the entered information before continuing. As a result, most common input errors are identified before the HKP documentation is generated.
