Fee

The HKP Online service costs:

• PLN 49 base fee
• 3% of the estimated reimbursement

The amount payable in Polish złoty is calculated automatically based on the estimated reimbursement and the euro exchange rate used by the system at the time of calculation. The total price is displayed before the order is confirmed

• The estimated reimbursement is calculated and displayed before the order is placed.
• The service fee must be paid in full before the automatic generation of the HKP documentation begins.
• If the reimbursement actually granted is lower than the estimated reimbursement, the Service Provider shall refund the corresponding part of the fee calculated on the estimated reimbursement. The basic fee is non-refundable (see Terms of Service).

HKP Online has been developed for patients who wish to complete the reimbursement procedure independently and covers the vast majority of standard reimbursement cases.
In rare situations, it may become apparent only after the HKP documentation has been generated that the case requires individual handling, for example because of an additional review by the Medical Review Service or an unusually complex treatment plan.
In such cases, you may choose to upgrade to the Premium Service. The amount paid for HKP Online will be credited in full towards the Premium Service.

Premium Service

The Premium Service costs:

• PLN 98 base fee
• 6% of the estimated reimbursement

Reimbursement amounts expressed in euros are converted into Polish złoty using the official average EUR exchange rate published by the National Bank of Poland (NBP) on the invoice date.
